MyClient.software
Start with a bounded product conversation.
The starting action on this public site is a conversation. There is no signup form or checkout here. A useful enquiry describes the job a person needs to do and the gap they have encountered, without pretending that an account, a trial, or an implementation has been arranged. The following fictional adult studio exercise shows how to make that enquiry concrete.

Describe the task rather than the entire organisation
In the invented example, South Frame Studio wants to understand how a relationship with an adult organisational contact becomes a proposed service and then a confirmed next step. Pat maintains the studio's working notes. Morgan receives questions from the prospective organisation. Their current problem is that those notes mix the organisation's identity with the state of a particular proposal. They do not need to send their real pipeline to explain the confusion.
Pat writes: "We need a clearer distinction between an organisation, its several adult contacts, and a proposed service that remains under discussion." The output gives the product conversation a specific starting point. It does not create an account or submit an application for one. The pause is to check that this is the problem the people doing the work actually share. If Morgan objects that the message leaves out important background, they can add the relevant shape of the task without attaching identifying records. A product enquiry is easier to answer when it names the decision in question. It is harder to answer when a pile of unrelated material is offered as a substitute for describing the job.

State what the current arrangement actually does
Pat currently keeps a manual list of adult contacts and a separate note for each proposed service. Morgan says the process "tracks the whole relationship," but on inspection it only records the last conversation and the open question. That narrower description is more useful for comparison. It establishes what the people already have rather than making the current process sound either better or worse than it is.
The specimen reads: "Our working note records the last adult conversation and the question still awaiting an answer. It does not produce an automated follow-up sequence." The result separates a real present arrangement from a desired feature. Pat pauses before asking MyClient to replace a system whose actual scope has not been described. The objection that a new product should simply improve everything is too broad to test. A specific task can be discussed against the existing object-model, reachability, and refusal pages. A general wish for better organisation cannot establish what is available. This public site does not import that manual list, analyse it, or recommend a migration based on the example.

Ask for a result that can be recognised
Morgan's first enquiry says, "Can you streamline our sales?" Pat cannot tell what answer would settle the question. They replace it with two narrower questions: "Which supported screen shows the adult contacts for an account?" and "Which part of the account-creation workflow has no browser screen?" These questions refer to distinctions already made in the reachability material, and they can be answered without a speculative promise about the studio's performance.
The output is a draft enquiry with an observable subject. It does not assume that the recipient can provide access, promise a response time, or arrange a demonstration immediately. The pause is to check the reference page first, because the answer may already be stated there with an important limitation. If someone objects that precise questions sound overly technical, the purpose is practical: a person needs to know which action they can carry out. There is no need to name an internal function in the email. Naming the screen or the missing task is enough. The contact action remains an ordinary email link, not a ticketing workflow or an activation request processed by the page.

Separate commercial questions from commercial actions
An adult studio may reasonably ask how a product is offered or what an implementation would involve. That question does not create a quoted price, an accepted order, or a billing relationship. MyClient's public pages contain no checkout or pricing offer to accept. The reference describes a live-payments switch that defaults off and an offline reconciliation path under that condition; those are not invitations to send a payment through a product enquiry.
Pat's fictional note says: "We are asking about fit and current access arrangements. No purchase or account has been agreed by this message." The output keeps the next step proportional to what the contact link does. Morgan pauses before adding words such as reserved, activated, or paid, because each would describe an event absent from the example. If a colleague objects that a serious enquiry should demonstrate commitment, clarity is a better signal than an invented transaction. They can state the task and the decision they need to make. Nothing here accepts card details, books a sales appointment, creates a recurring charge, or converts interest into a provisioned customer workspace.

Check the draft before using the existing email channel
The final fictional enquiry identifies the adult workflow, describes the current manual arrangement, and asks one answerable question about the available surface. Pat checks that it contains no real customer list or copied record. Morgan checks that it does not claim approval from a colleague who has not reviewed it. Those are human review steps for this example, not automated checks performed by MyClient.
Their finished draft says: "We are reviewing how to organise adult business contacts and proposed services. The reach page distinguishes an endpoint from a screen. We would like to understand the supported starting workflow for that task." The result is an enquiry ready for the authors to consider using through their existing channel. The pause remains with them before sending it. If the final objection is that this page should simply open an account, it does not provide that action. The existing references state the product's real reach and gaps. An email does not silently bridge them. Reading, preparing a question, and contacting the product are the offered public steps; no signup, checkout, outreach sequence, or automatic implementation follows from them.
A human enquiry, with its scope intact
Contact MyClient.software with a product question. This reading page creates no account, agreement, payment, or automated outreach. The reachability reference and existing refusal reference retain the detailed limits.
